IS THERE A WARRANTY?
Yes, 2-Year Warranty. Brega has a warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you've purchased from our site or Amazon, the order number will suffice; otherwise you will need to send us a copy of the receipt from an authorized Brega dealer.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

2. Then click 'View Cart' and then click 'Checkout'.
3. Complete the Order Form. Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address and your email address. Apply coupon codes in this page (only if you have one). Then click 'Continue to shipping method'.
4. Free Shipping is included in all our orders as our Shipping method allow. 2-3 weeks you will received your package. If you want your order in a week please write to hello@bregawatches.com to pay for a fastest shipping service.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP THE ORDER?
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
CAN I PAY IN MY LOCAL CURRENCY?
We will charge you using USD (US dollars), but we can show our prices in more than 150 currencies. Including USD, EUR,GBP and AUD currencies. The currency can be changed according to your location and displayed while you shop. At checkout you will only see prices in USD (US dollars).
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?

WHAT IF MY STRAP DOESN’T FIT RIGHT?
Simply let us know. You can send your strap back and we’ll ship you the right sized strap free of charge.
DOES BREGA WATCHES SELL WATERPROOF WATCHES?
The water resistance of a Brega timepiece could be 3ATM or 5ATM. We recommend that you avoid all contact with water. Avoid wearing the watch when showering, bathing, swimming, diving, or any activity where it is exposed directly to water. The watch is resistant to everyday use and light rain. Kindly note that water damaged is not covered under the 24-month warranty.

MY ORDER STATUS SAYS "UNFULFILLED" OR "PENDING". WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
"Unfulfilled" or "PENDING" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with other credit card.
