RETURN & REFUND POLICY

SHIPPING 

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24-48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.

FREE RETURNS

Want to switch to another size of the same product? That is possible and it's free, just contact us here.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date your package arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.
Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store.

Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us. Shipping expenses will include your first shipping costs (no matter it was shipped as Free Shipping) to your address and the shipping costs for the return items.

If you are shipping an item over $75 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Brega Watches does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.


FREE EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Without any shipping costs to our customers. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@bregawatches.com with a video where we can check if the product is not working fine. Video is mandatory for any exchange, you can record the video using any smartphone.


GIFTS OR FREE ITEMS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

For Free items, we will not provide any tracking number and we don't give any warranty. The free items are gifts to our customers and we give free items for testing new manufacturers that are willing to work with us.

RETURN PROCESS

To return a product,  you need to go to: http://returns.bregawatches.com.

If the product works fine, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs will include your first shipping costs (no matter it was shipped as Free Shipping) to your address and the shipping costs for the return items. Check our original shipping costs in http://returns.bregawatches.com.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you receive a refund of a product that is not working fine, the cost of shipping for the return will be added to your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Also if your purchase used any type of discount (manually or automatically added). Check your order invoice before initiate the return process.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
